Job Description

The Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role, working Monday to Friday, with onsite days at Munno Para on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless coordination of our Face-to-Face courses across Munno Para, Christies Beach, and other expanding locations as we continue to evolve! Your expertise will help drive the success of our programs as we continue to grow! You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring our courses run smoothly and efficiently while working closely with a dynamic team.

This role requires strong multitasking skills as you’ll oversee various activities to ensure our training programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with industry standards. You’ll conduct student inductions, so if you enjoy presenting to an audience, this is the role for you! Additionally, you’ll be responsible for attending the first day of scheduled courses, dropping off resources to venues, and attending class graduations.

As a Program Coordinator, you’ll manage a busy and diverse workload, coordinating and administering programs while also supporting the team with enrolments, relationship management, and reporting. Your previous experience in an RTO/VET environment will be invaluable as you build and maintain strong relationships with students and trainers, all while showcasing your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle is a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports, and emails.
  • Comfortable working with Excel to organize, analyse, and present data effectively.
  • Time management and organisational skills, including managing competing priorities in a busy workplace.
  • Well-developed ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and key members of organisations.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the VET Sector, VET Compliance and adult education practices and RTO Experience highly regarded.
  • Valid Working with children Check or willing to obtain.
