Are you a highly organized administrator with a passion for supporting impactful programs? We’re looking for a motivated Program Coordinator to join our RTO team in a hybrid role. Work Monday to Friday, with on-site days in our Parramatta office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the opportunity to visit students on-site once a week. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with great potential.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of our Face-to-Face programs across Campbeltown and Greater Western Sydney and other growing locations. You’ll play a key part in coordinating day-to-day logistics, maintaining attendance & program records, and ensuring students and trainers have everything they need to succeed.
Key Duties Include:
- Coordinating course schedules and venue bookings
- Printing and delivering course materials and resources to training venues
- Maintaining accurate administrative records, attendance, and compliance data
- Supporting the enrolment process and managing student communication
- Conducting student inductions and attending course commencements and graduations
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and document management
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all program requirements are met on time
This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong administrative background, excellent time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of the VET/RTO sector and compliance requirements (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in administration or program coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
